Product Description

This product is an efficient, stable and rapid reverse transcription system that can remove genomic DNA contamination. 5 ×  RT mastermix is a one tube reverse transcription premixed mix, which can react by adding template RNA, primers and water. The reverse transcriptase used in the kit removes RNase H activity, has stronger thermal stability and improves the reverse transcription of complex RNA templates. Mastermix is added with heat sensitive double strand specific nuclease, which can remove genomic DNA contamination in the process of reverse transcription. Oligo dT &  Random primer is provided in a single tube. If you need to use specific primers, you can directly replace them.
