Product Description

Urine free DNA extraction kit is suitable for rapid and efficient extraction of free DNA (ctDNA, cfdna) fragments from urine and other body fluid samples. In the extraction process, superparamagnetic nano microspheres with high efficiency of adsorbing nucleic acid and safe and environmental protection system are selected, including magnetic beads with unique surface modification and stronger ability of binding nucleic acid. The quality of the extracted products is more stable and reliable, and can be directly used for downstream operations (gene sequencing (such as non-invasive pre production gene detection, tumor detection), library construction, etc.).

Experimental parameters

· Application: gene sequencing (such as noninvasive prenatal gene detection, tumor detection) and library construction；

· Sample type: Urine Sample;；

· Initial sample volume: 0.5-1ml sample size;

· Required instruments:Centrifuges suitable for 2ml centrifuge tubes (the number of revolutions can reach more than 3000 rpm); Magnetic frame, low-speed centrifuge, vertical mixer and constant temperature mixer;

· Reagents required: absolute ethanol (AR grade), isopropanol (AR grade);
